This is a cool concept, and I like the idea of chaining moves together. However, I have a bit of a hard time following exactly how the move resolution actually works. Do you have an example of play somewhere?
Side Note: I am hosting a superhero TTRPG game jam and I wanted to extend a personal invitation to join. I am allowing reposts of games, so if nothing else maybe the algorithm will give your game a few more views!
